Can I exchange or return my order?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you have the option of exchanging or canceling your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your withdrawal via your customer account. We will then check this and as soon as it has been approved, you can use the returns label available there.

How long does delivery take

As this is a pre-order campaign and we will only produce your order afterwards, shipping will take around 3-4 weeks. As soon as the store is closed, production will begin. In the future, shipping will take a maximum of 4-6 working days.

How can I contact customer service?

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

If you find products in your order that are damaged, do not work as expected or do not correspond to the products you ordered, please let us know by e-mail.

Please register the return via your customer profile. If you do not have one, please send us an email to info@imaralabs.com

Please only use the return label provided by us to return your goods!

In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, we ask you to take pictures of the damaged/incorrect product and send them to info@imaralabs.com together with a description of the damage.

We will deal with the problem immediately and endeavor to find a solution.

How can I track the status of my order

You can track your parcel at any time using the parcel tracking function. The tracking number stored for your order and the corresponding link will be sent to you by e-mail on the day of dispatch. You can also find this in your customer account.

Here you can track the delivery status of your order at any time.

The tracking number only becomes active once the parcel has been scanned by the parcel service. So if it is not yet active, please be patient.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

It is usually possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. The best way to do this is to contact the support team using the contact form.

We will try to answer you as quickly as possible and process your request. Please also check your spam folder from time to time. Don't let the mail get lost there by mistake.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, scroll to the bottom of a newsletter, where you will find the "Unsubscribe" button.
